        Horrible customer service by Pam! She did not do what we asked with our insurance within a timely manner. Then we decided to switch State Farm offices because of her lack of service, and she STILL refused the transfer! We had to get corporate involved. Now we have a huge bill from them, since switching, which we will also to corporate's attention and our current State Farm agent. Would never recommend this office if Pam is still handling accounts! If there is one thing you need to count on, it's your Insurance Agent!! This office is not accountable unfortunately.

      We truly tried our best to help you, and sent through the requests you asked be made. These service requests are made while still on the phone with our customers. Any billing comes directly from corporate and any time changes are requested, can result in premium due, especially when moving from a State of Indiana policy to a State of Michigan policy. The State of Michigan has requirements that need to be met for this process to be completed. We wish you best and know your new agent can assist you as well in this matter.
