        Jenelle is unprofessional. There is a mix-up between this agency & the hospital regarding what I owe to collections, & this lady hung up on me when I was very politely asking for an explanation of why I owe $300 more this week than after the pmt I made last week. That question should be answered, I think, but Janelle told me to make my pmt online & hung up on me. They don't deserve any stars.

        Never there when I called. Accused me of making promises I didn't make and sent me a very rude letter over a medical bill I struggled to pay because I can't afford insurance. No compassion!
