My wife and I worked with Courtney to purchase our home. She was always available to answer questions and was quick to schedule appointments for us to tour. She was also prepared with her own resources for lending and inspections when we had a fallout with our current lender. Awesome work ethic and communication skills in keeping us informed every step of the way. Great person doing a wonderful job for the indy community!

Courtney has been amazing through this process. I had a different real estate agent before I found her and i was so confused, frustrated & just ready to give up because of the other agent. She stepped in a changed everything..I was excited to start looking at houses again. She turned this scary step u was about to take into a dream come true!!! Tha k you Courtney!!

Chris and Courtney were great to work with. They were proactive, courteous, and provided clear communication throughout the search and transaction. Our home purchase was based on a couple of contingencies and they managed the intricacies of the process flawlessly. Would recommend to anyone.

Found Chris on Zillow while cma shopping. He was actually the last of three opinions. Very laid back and easy going, in person. But he gets stuff done. Seems very ethical and really seems to have his clients best interest in mind. He even recommended that we dont sell our house bc we had a great interest rate and the rates had just gone up to 5-6%. By chance, we ended up finding a house that forced us to move. We had to buy it; we had no choice. Chris was very knowledgeable the entire way through and offered quality insight without being pushy. And the way I know hes knowledgeable is that he was able to explain things to me. If someones able to learn me stuff, they know what theyre talking about inside and out. Im kinda looking forward to being able to recommend Chris to family and friends. A lot of the success of any endeavor has to do with how well you get along with the ppl you work with so ymmv but Chris worked well with us and its worth your time to talk to him, at least.
