First time patient with NP Whitney Nisely. She rushed the entire visit and was only in there approximately 6-7 minutes. Spoke so fast that I didn't catch everything and said. Also asked her to check something else before she left the room and she didn't want to. Hopefully the Dr I see next time is better.

I was seeing Dr. Wheeler and his team for my first pregnancy as a Type 1 Diabetic. Dr. Wheeler is fantastic - listened to my concerns and always made me feel comfortable. I also love his sense of humor. His nurse, Christy (I might be spelling her name wrong!), was also wonderful. They always answered my questions no matter how ridiculous they seemed and were very quick to bring me in for an appointment when I had concerns. Thank you Dr. Wheeler and team for making my first pregnancy such an enjoyable experience!

I seen nurse Andrea Yoder . In the high risk practice today. She determined that I wasnt high risk enough, because Everybody has Miscarriages is what she said to me at the front desk when asked why I wasnt seeing Dr.Wheeler. They also proceeded on to tell me it wasnt in my chart that I had a miscarriage previously. Which Im sure I put in there, when I first became a patient at the office. Otherwise, they wouldnt have sent me to the high risk pregnancy portion of the office. I miscarried my baby at 14 weeks, on September 17th. And I had to get my baby cremated. I was in my second Trimester!! Do I have to bring my babys ashes in for them to believe me??!! Because that can definitely be arranged. Im now only 11 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby. So far they havent done enough tests to determine if this baby is healthy, but somehow already determined that Im not High risk enough Even though I miscarried in my second trimester. I gave this visit only one star for the misconduct and the unprofessional treatment and behavior of the lady at the front desk in the high risk clinic, who I didnt get a name of. However my ultrasound tech was very sweet and polite to me and answered all my questions. ETA: I was seen with Dr.Wheeler today on Dec.27th. He lacked sympathy and support. Terrible bedside manner!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR.WHEELER OR THE REST OF HIS RUDE STAFF MEMBERS. He completely disregarded my concerns that I had. Prescribed me medication that I did not need!! I expressed my back pain was not from a sprain or a pulled muscle and he still prescribed me a muscle relaxer. I told him that I was unsure what back labor felt like. He was definitely NOT REASSURING & LACKED COMPASSION. I only went to him because of his specialty in high risk pregnancy, but it turns out he lacks the knowledge of. So therefore I will not be returning. I went to my appointment today with complications of terrible back pain and migraines. Dr.wheeler spent about 3 minutes tops in the room, didnt tell me which medication he was prescribing me. I had to find out from the desk person who came into the room to escort me back to the lobby. He did a sonogram, but I left with no ultrasound pictures And more questions than I came in there with. I was told they dont recommend that I take Ibuprofen for the back pain and migraines & that every doctor in the facility recommend that I take Tylenol, in which has lawsuits for causing harm if taken while pregnant! They couldnt tell me how Ibuprofen was harmful to take during pregnancy. Id give this place negative stars if I could!
