        Will give dates,however I bought a fryer for my restaurant. Never ever buy any equipment from this place . Bought Dec.17,2021 ,my fryer still isn't working.had certified appliance guy look at it said there was a spider web in pilot light. 160.00. Fires up when temp reaches 350 shuts off. Refrigeration guy said needed couple parts told me to talk to Atlas.i did and Atlas told me 7 days to return.not on any paper work was not told that either.was delivered 2 weeks after I bought it. Had guy come to check ck it out. This biz will con you just fair warning.

      Mr. Davis did not disclose here that he bought a used fryer that was on consignment. Atlas cannot guarantee perfect working condition on used or consigned equipment. At the time of purchase, Mr. Davis was carefully advised that such equipment does not include a warranty, and that he had seven (7) days to return the equipment for a full refund. Mr. Davis did not attempt to return the equipment for several weeks. We deeply regret that he is unhappy with his purchase but Mr. Davis failed to comply with our policies.
