        Wise Insurance Agency did a great job coordinating my insurance needs, which included the need for flood insurance, when I bought my house in February 2023. They have been awesome in communicating with me to ensure that my insurance needs remain continuously covered by notifying me of my renewal date(s) and ensuring that I am receiving the best possible rates.         Just got a quote from them they are $500.00 more per year than our current agent they didn't even have a paid in full discount. so that makes our current agent $800.00 cheaper using the same insurance company auto owners. Thanks for your time and making metler Insurance even better to us.

      Hi Pat - sorry to hear you weren't pleased with the premium quoted from Auto Owners. The quote we provided was a preliminary quote to give you a ballpark idea of what premium might be as you shop for insurance, but as our agent mentioned, we'd need more information to provide a get the exact premium for a bindable quote. For example, we need to have a conversation in order to identify which discounts (like paid in full you mention) are going to apply to your situation. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear we were able to connect with you and complete your quote. If we had, I have no doubt we would have been able to be similarly competitive. I'm glad you were able to secure insurance and hope you enjoy your new home!
