        Matt is a great representative of a stand-up service provider and an aviation professional willing to fight for his customer. Not only does he broker insurance, he gets involved when its not necessarily his job but sees that the client is in need of assistance. Vehicle insurance, aviation, general business liability etc. Last month we had a service unit hit by a distracted driver. Matt didn't just turn us over to the claims department, he got involved and made sure the job got COMPLETE. Increasing coverage - Matt, adding new policies - Matt, questions throughout the year, any time of day or night - Matt, getting hit while driving - Matt. Same point of contact, same passion, same delivery. Every time. Aviation Specialty has the "big insurance" coverage but somehow maintains the small boutique/hands on communication and support.
