I highly recommend switching to AllState if you haven’t already. Not only do they give me the lowest rate every time I renew my policy, they really get to know you on a personal level and understand that things happen. I have never been so pleased with an insurance company. They are amazing!

I was in a car accident that was not my fault. I tried to deal with the other insurance companies who represented the 2 cars that hit me. I had pictures, police reports, information on the accident, vehicle repair estimates. documented conversations and emails regarding the accident. I spent hours on the phone with the representatives for the other companies. The insurance companies agreed the accident was not my fault and I should be fully compensated. However they could not agree with each other on who should pay me. After over 2+ months of this, the other companies were at an impasse. And I was so frustrated, I was ready to give up and torch all the information I collected. I called my insurance guy at Allstate to get some advice. (Matches or a lighter?) Jeoff Dingeldein and his Allstate team immediately jumped into action and turned everything around. They accomplished more in 2 hours than I was able to get done in 2 months. They were very professional and very efficient. My frustration turned to appreciation faster than a Formula one car can go from 0 to 60 mph. Thanks to Jeoff Dingeldein and everyone else at Allstate!
