A-1 Sanitary Sewer Service

I called Mourey the boss and he said there would be someone coming within 20-25 minutes. It was quicker and it was this guy named Adam. Surprisingly, this guy has been working there for over 20 years! I definitely recommend him and everyone else there. Keep up the good work A-1 Team!

We’d been having trouble shower drainage and toilet flushing for a few days over the weekend, but didn’t think too much about it. However, that all changed when I got home Monday night and found the sewer had backed up in to my shower. Not a good sign. With a wife and 2 kids, that is a problem that needs fixed without delay. In my mind, based on what I saw, I thought we could easily be looking at a $5-6K problem. I woke up early Tuesday, searched Google for drainage Fort Wayne, called the first company on the list... No answer, then I called Morey at A1. Amazing! He had a crew out to look at our issue that morning, assessed my situation. Turns out, I had some bushes that grew through my sewer line, separating the line which eroded the ground under my air conditioner causing it to collapse on top of my sewer line. Yes, the AC unit was on top of my sewer line. The A1 team effectively guided me through the exact the steps I needed to do so they could take the next step. They explained their process and timeline . They had the heavy machine out to my property on Wednesday, pulled out the bushes, solved my problem, which even included an upgrade to my line to ensure I would never experience a similar issue again. And they hauled away those bushes for me, so I did not have to mess with them. I can’t speak highly enough about Morey and his team for the way they handled my situation and solved my problem, quickly. I would have gladly spent the $6K for the work they did to solve that problem, but they only charged a fraction. Best $2,400 I’ve ever spent for a happy wife and peace of mind. If you ever have an emergency plumbing issue, don’t call anyone else. Call Morey!

Very friendly, courteous and professional. Someone was here right away and explained the issue I was having. It was fixed quickly. Just super good service and good people. Adam was the professional that addressed the issues I was having with my floor drain. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend A-1 for your sewer/drain needs. They came first thing in the morning as promised. Then Adam went above and beyond to make sure he got my completely blocked sewer line open. He didn't overcharge me or recommend services that I didn't need. He also quoted future work way cheaper than I was quoted by a larger company. I don't normally write reviews, but I had to because of the exceptional service I received today. Thanks A-1 Team!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I had a drain that was extremely clogged in my 100 year old house. They were timely, polite, did not sell me on services I didn’t need, and the price felt reasonable.
