I was having some minor issues with my car so I wanted to have it checked out and I first called this place because they were the closest to my house. They told me they didn't have time because they were too booked, the guy I talked to on the phone was so rude he kept talking to someone else while I was trying to ask him questions, then I asked him, should I make an appointment and could I maybe get in, in about a week or so and the guy said, just call the day before I wanna take it in. Obviously they weren't that busy and the guy was just being rude and wanted to act like they were insanely busy so I didn't even bother with them. I ended up going to Midas and they were awesome. They replaced my water pump & timing belt for $120 cheaper than anywhere else and were even open on Saturdays and sent me coupons. They also do oil changes cheaper than most places.
