        Predatory towing - they don't follow state laws because "it's private property"! Guess robbery and murder would be fine there too, by that logic! What a racket Edit: it was at 8:30 AM, where was my complimentary call? Office is rude and scoffed at me.

        I am am not a picky person and I understand things aren't always perfect. But I should not have had to deal with not having hot water for a whole month. And then having to threaten to sue just to have maintenance come out 3 more time to not fix my hot water. And to this day it still runs cold intermittently but I've just lost the will to fight. Not to mention the fact my dishwasher doesn't work either. And the fact I almost couldn't get another apartment cause the resident relations team wouldn't get back with me or my other leasing agent about rental verification.

        I am a 51 year resident a Canterbury Green. The campus is always kept in great shape with constant attention from their landscaping employees. I'm most impressed with their maintenance crew, which always has responded to requests the same or the next day. They perform their tasks well, and professionally. And the rents seem to compare well with other complexes in the area. The location is quite convenient, and they have made several improvements to the campus recently.         Would not recommend horrible maintenance they never fix anything. You can never get anyone to answer the phone they say they are overbooked and cannot keep up. The apartments dont look like the models everything is old and outdated. Stay away and save yourself some time and money Update: Theres no way to contact the office no one ever answers the phone.

      Hello residents, please stop in our office to discuss. We follow our private property and lease regarding parking. If residents park in the yellow fire lanes, spots that are reserved(paid) by other residents and parking in carports that are not assigned to your unit, or vehicles not registered with our office with stickers are towed at owners' expense. We want to provide all of our residents opportunities to park their vehicles. We do provide courtesy calls to those who have registered their plates with us prior to towing during business hours. If you feel you have been inconvenienced, please reach out to our team to assist you.
