        We have wonderful office/property management. They are attentive and very cooperative to residents needs and in maintaining a peaceful, clean and safe environment. I love the new renovations. I have lived in Orchard Place for 23 yrs, (1998) raised children here. Lincoln Elementary School is just across Cook Rd., Shawnee Middle is next to the complex and Northrop High School is within walking distance. All good schools. Grocery stores close. Which was very important to me.

        These apartments suck, they lied on me to prevent me from getting other apartments. Do not live there, they saying I owe them money that I paid. For damages I didn't do. I asked for pictures of the damages they couldn't even provide the photos.
