I have been going here for awhile. They are good and prices are great. However they constantly misgender me. The abuse is not worth it. So I will pay more and go else where to preserve my mental wellbeing.

We used Rick for years. In fact, we recommended him highly. This year he figured everything and I asked advice for next year. He plugged in some numbers to help us plan accordingly. This was February 12th. Our federal return was deposited about 10 days later...more than $1000 short. My husband called immediately to see what had happened. This was when Rick admitted he did not go back and change the numbers for the current year. He submitted our taxes with the numbers for one of the possible scenarios we inquired about for next year. We assumed everything would be taken care of but we never have received our return from the state of Indiana at all. Every other year it has come before the federal return. My husband called again and was told he would call back by the end of day. No call. My husband called again weeks later. At this time we are just wanting to make sure he made the corrections so 2020 is accurate and that we will be getting the rest of our money from federal.
Still no call back. My husband had mentioned that on the first call when Rick actually called back, that he felt Rick was flippant with him which made him angry. So I am think maybe Rick was avoiding talking to him if that conversation didn't go well...but still 2 unreturned phone calls....so I called myself on April 27th-over 2 months since my husband's first phone call. The person who answered was pleasant and said he would call back by end of day. That was on Tuesday. Still no call back Friday at 5 pm. Just call back and let us know the corrections were made and let us know what happened with with Indiana already! It's not like we are messing with the IRS or anything...
