        Dottie, Tre, and Missy were hands down the most efficient, empathic, and knowledgeable care team that I have EVER experienced. These team members are top class - I could have never asked or imagined any higher caliber of care givers. They are definitely assets, I hope Baptist realizes their value!!!!!!!

        All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Alisha Long, the nurse practioner who took care of my son, was very professional, knowledgeable, and diligent in finding and giving my son the best care for his illness. Would recommend.

        NP Michelle was absolutely incredible with my daughter when she recently went in needing facial sutures. She was kind, caring, calm, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. She did an amazing job with the sutures and showed such compassion toward my daughter. We are very grateful that we were blessed with being treated by Michelle that night! We were also very impressed by everyone on staff we encountered. Even the practice manager took the time to comfort and give my daughter a small gift. We will be returning to this urgent care for years to come.
