The nurses and doctor were very friendly and helpful. They care was first class.

I was very well-taken care of here. Amy at the front desk was kind, attentive, and helpful. My nurse, Eric, was on point with all things medical and had a great bedside manner. Dr. Irick was also attentive and took my case seriously and gave all the time needed. Grateful for all of them!

When going to your local Urgent care you hope and expect to get a proper diagnosis but unfortunately that was not the case. Given a misdiagnosis and after having to go to hospital ER to get proper diagnosis and paying 10 times more for that diagnosis. Riverview still stood by the treatment of the misdiagnosis and insisted I still had to pay the bill for this misdiagnosis. What other profession are you still expected to pay the bill even if what you were told was wrong and they did not do anything for you? Doesn't make me confident in ever trusting to go to this facility again. It feels like just rushing through patients, giving a diagnosis right or wrong to get patient out the door and next patient in. From the other reviews it doesn't seem like I am the only one that thinks this way. That's not what we need in the community. We need a caring facility to be able to treat each patient with care as they are coming to you during their time of weakness and looking for a Doctor and nurses to help find a diagnosis and to get better. To leave and only continue feeling worse and worse and having to then go to another facility and then get the proper diagnosis and care is extremely disappointing.
