We recently had a control panel signal about the back up power source for our home security system. I called Pro Security and Automation, set a service appointment, and was all set. I was kept aware of the techs anticipated arrival, which proved to be especially helpful as he was running a little late from a previous appointment. Upon arrival, we shook hands, shared mutual assurances that all was well, and the troubleshooting work led to a quick solution that was implemented without delay. We were fully capable again and that was very satisfying. Weve been very happy home customers for years, with a terrific system installed and monitored. This relatively minor system issue was corrected efficiently and effectively. Thank you!
