        We have had nothing but a great experience with this KinderCare facility! Staff and teachers are very kind and communicative about our son and milestones he is hitting. We loved our experience in the infant room, especially Ms. D! She truly cares about all of the kiddos and it shows. Kati, the director always makes time to answer any questions or concerns I have and has been so flexible if weve needed to adjust our schedule, even at the last minute. The class sizes are not too big and overwhelming, but just the right size. Definitely recommend this center!

        My experience with KinderCare Fishers Landing has been disappointing and concerning. My child's time there has been marked by rushed meal times, resulting in them coming home consistently hungry. The lack of take-home reports leaves me feeling uninformed about my child's day and progress. Additionally, there have been multiple instances where my child was picked up wearing multiple diapers, a situation that raises serious questions about the attention to basic hygiene. Despite expressing my concerns to both the teacher and the center director, there has been little to no acknowledgment or action taken to address these issues. The apparent lack of care and responsiveness from the staff is disheartening, especially considering the impact on my child's well-being. Furthermore, I've observed a noticeable change in my child's demeanor since enrolling at KinderCare. This shift is deeply concerning, and it prompts me to question the overall quality of the environment and care provided. I had hoped for a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for my child's growth, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. I would caution any parents considering KinderCare Fishers Landing to thoroughly evaluate the center's commitment to communication, hygiene, and overall quality of care before enrolling their child. My experience has left me with significant reservations and a strong desire for improvement in these critical areas.
