We hired the pet caretaker for our cat. The person was great, came all the days on time, did all the items on the checklist.. then sent us a journal with a photo and comments. I'd recommend them for any pet care services.

I was so nervous about getting a full time job after working part-time, especially during the pandemic. I was almost always with my elderly doodle. We have both suffered separation anxiety. Yet, knowing that he gets a good, long walk, takes care of his business, and gets tons of love from her, Sammy wouldn't trade his walker for anything, and neither would I. We both love her. She offers kind advice, and really, genuinely cares about Sammy when I am away at work. Her love for her clients is obvious to me, as well as my neighbors who have remarked on how friendly she is, and how much she seems to enjoy her work. I feel so fortunate to have found Happy Tails Pet Sitting!

After being burned a few times by gig pet sitting services, finding HappyTails was a godsend. They are professional, thorough, and reliable, and I love the journal entry updates after every visit. I never again have to worry if my pup is in good hands while we’re away from home. (Ask for Carol! She’s incredible!)

Highly recommend! Carol is great with our cat, and the photos and journal entries are so nice when you're away from home and missing your pet.

Absolutely wonderful and professional. Dana was lovely and took great care of our dog. They came through last minute allowing us to go for an extended stay. Paperwork is all easy and online. Paid $19/30 minutes. Dana took time to always promptly write in the journal what she did and send pictures. Our dog was very happy!! Will use again for travel when needed.
