The actual staff of 911 Restoration were immediately available to answer my questions and concerns. The local Project Manager, John Martin, was excellent. The areas that could use improvement are the temp agency and plumber subcontracted. The temp workers didnt show up as promised and when they did, didnt want to work unless closely supervised. There was one temp worker that I would hire permanently due to his work ethic, LaShon. The plumber subcontracted knew the trade but due to personal issues and demands on other jobs was not available on a consistent basis. Overall, I was satisfied when the job was complete, it just took longer than anticipated.
