I am writing this review because this is a helpful and HONEST company. Rick, who promptly returned my call on lack of power in half of my home, reviewed my problem over the phone, gave me and estimate to come out, and scheduled me for an appointment. After speaking with Rick, he then advised me to call the electric company because I continued to experience more power problems with my home. Instead of attempting to charge me for these problems, he advised me to check with my electric provider. I want say Thank you Rick for your advice and help. Sincerely, Rose
