End of 2023/beginning of 2024 we decided to replace flooring in our bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, family room, office and stairs all at once. We pulled up tile, linoleum, carpet and wood and replaced with tile and wood. As one of the larger efforts weve undertaken, we shopped around, did all the research, changed our minds, asked ask the questions -sometimes more than twice. Were both analysts by profession, so we can be a lot. :) Greg and Kathleen were patient, clear, helpful and available during the entire decision-making process. The schedulers were clear and flexible. The installers were true craftsmen and women - they are artists (Jorges precision and geometry blew our minds). Wood and tile crews worked diligently, solved problems creatively and communicated clearly. Pricing was fair. The few hiccups we encountered (toilet was initially re-installed incorrectly by a subcontractor and a portion of the carpet needed to be reinstalled because it came defective from the manufacturer) were addressed quickly and resolutely - issues were addressed with an all hands on deck mentality. The entire installation process took just over two weeks. Questions and adjustments needed long after the bills were paid have been addressed promptly. It feels like a new house. We love it. Which is exactly how you should feel after making such a significant investment in your biggest investment. Thanks guys!

Went to custom floors for my recent project and met with Lee. He gave me so much helpful information and advice about the next steps. I cant wait to see the results! He was easy to work with and answered all my questions without pressuring me into a sale. Great company. Highly recommend.

A shout out to everyone at Custom Floors. My mom was experiencing major health issues and among other things needed a condo without stairs. One opened up and desperately needed new flooring throughout. Lee helped us get through the entire process. The flooring was great quality and it was installed quickly and professionally. Thanks to Lee (our salesman), Donna (in scheduling), and the whole installation team!!!
