Yikes. Came to Fishers to buy a car and needed a bite to eat since we came all the way from Evansville and restaurants would be closed by the time we got home. I wanted to love it so badly because we used to have a J Gumbo's in Evansville that we used to frequent, but the food here is just..not up to par. It's very salty and you can't taste much else. I expected the bourbon street chicken to be sweet with a bit of a kick. We didn't get any green onions, they were out of straws...(what restaurant runs out of straws??), and to top things off, my fiancé found what looked to be a hair or spiderweb in his food. Please try to fix these issues J Gumbo's. Your other locations know what they're doing, there's a reason this place was empty when we came.
