Susan told us we could only get "auction" Kelley blue book value from a 2022 Honda Pilot. She told us many customers are upside down in their Honda vehicles. She also kept trying to force leasing on us. I would stay away from these crooks. Flat out liars.

We went there Saturday afternoon before they were about to close. We thought they would not show us much respect as we came at the last hour. But the representative Daniel Schubert showed us what we want to buy within short time, explained everything politely. He didnt misguide us like others do most of the time. When we told him that we are switching from Toyota Rav4 Limited to CRV- Hybrid, he explained everything about CRV. He also explained about financing and lease clearly to take a decision. We were pleased with his approaching capability and behavior. We went the next working day( Monday) to buy CRV sport-L Hybrid. After doing all the paperwork Daniel also explained and showed us the CRV features nicely. He is so nice and gentle. I wish him good health and prosperity in life. I would like to mention the attitude and behavior of the finance officer. It took approximately 30 minutes doing the paperwork and within this whole time he was singing a song, whistling and dancing sitting on the chair. How can an officer do this when someone sitting in front of his desk? As a customer, we felt disrespected. After signing the papers we forgot to return the pen. He then called us back to return the pen and mentioned that the pen was expensive. Can you imagine? His look and face telling that we cant afford a pen like that though we were buying a $45000 car.! We were totally shocked with his behave. It happens with most of us, after using a pen we forget to return. That doesnt mean that we are stealing his pen.!(?) I cant remember his name. But Im sure the Honda higher authority will find that officer and tell him to be well behaved and professional.

After many months of deciding to purchase a vehicle, I got my new Honda Civic at Honda of Fishers last week. I could not be happier. I truly went from enjoying driving to loving. Rob was patient with me and answered all of my questions. He really went the extra distance to ensure I was happy with my purchase. After I drove the car off the lot, I heard a rattling noise from the passenger side that got louder with the winding blowing or the car going faster. I came home to find the underside cover had been torn. Rob replaced the part and gave me a loaner vehicle without hesitation. They really do care about your purchase. I got the best deal they could offer me and it was genuinely worth it all. If I ever need a vehicle in the future, I will be purchasing it from Honda of Fishers
