        Friendly staff. Drove 2 hrs to pick up a console for my boat that most dealers can't even figure out how to order, let alone have one on the shelf like they did. Absolutely worth the drive.

        We have had quite a journey with these guys because of Covid and lack of parts at the factory, Our pontoon is here, we are stoked, and these guys are the best! Steve in sales...Michael in the office...Steve and the service guys were amazing teaching us all about our new boat!

        Just called to set up service work on my boat (12/15). As I was telling the person what I needed he interrupted me and preceded to tell me to call back on 1/5/2022. It seems that Brownie's is closed for a few weeks to observe the holidays. That is great for them as I am sure they deserve the time off. However, I think that not even taking my info is a serious lack of customer service. Since I live in between Indy and Cincy I went ahead and called Dixie Marine in Fairfield, Ohio. Dixie Marine took my info and said they would get me in the 2nd week of January. I know I am only one customer but what a disappointing phone call to Brownie Marine.
