        Gerontes makes a good Chicago-style deep dish, yet it can be hit or miss; fortunately, it is delicious most of the time. Gerontes is the best Chicago-style that I have had outside of Chicago, and I would definitely recommend this place to pizza connoisseurs in the Evansville area.

        We at the Chicago deep dish the other night. We ordered one quarter of it cheese for our daughter. We got the pizza not ordered to our specs. Instead of fixing it, the waiter said, oh, the cook must have forgotten and watched us scrape it off....i wasn't to excited about that. The pizza was good though.

        Great thin crust pizza! Haven't tried the deep dish yet. The guys that work here are a riot, too! Nice to see a good independent shop making good pizza.
