Kaitlin, I'm so sorry you felt the need to write this review. I'm replying to address your accusations, so potential clients can have the whole picture. Images delivered to you have specific size - so if you choose an 8x10 size for a 5x7 image, there will be cropping and the image will not fit properly. If you choose an 8x10 size for an 8x10 image, then the image will fit perfectly as planned. As many other clients have in the past, you can always reach out to me directly if you have issues with ordering prints.Your communication was rude and accusing from the start - with the league and never directly with my business. The entire league was photographed at no cost since there wasn't another photographer lined up to do them, so clients who paid up front for my services are absolutely going to come first and may push back delivery which was communicated to you several times. Both the league and I decided to stop communication with you when you attacked our integrity and professionalism repeatedly without any empathy or understanding of the reality of the situation. There wasn't anyone else in the league that communicated such distaste in the process, communication, or final product - so one parent from the over one hundred players I photographed doesn't come close to representing the experience with my business as a whole. Delivering multiple options was never promised or even discussed. We take multiple poses of each player because sometimes one works better than another or is needed for the group composites. If you wanted multiple options, you could have privately and kindly requested additional editing - which requires payment up front for my services. I have completed this special request for several clients in the past. Ultimately, your behavior dictated my response. And I wasn't surprised by your treatment of me after seeing the way you treated your children at the shoot, but I am very surprised that a realtor in our community would treat anyone the way you choose to. I hope those reading this take into consideration the other reviews you've left for local business owners and the possibility that your poor choices in communication resulted in business owners setting healthy boundaries for their own mental health as well as safely distancing themselves from humans who choose to treat other humans as poorly as you do. I wish you the best in finding a photographer that fits your needs in the future. I pray that you consider approaching them with more compassion, patience, and appreciation than you ever even considered giving me.
