Do not buy from theses people!!! I bought a washer n dryer from them and with a 30 day warranty. The dryer doesn't work and he did nothing but block me on Facebook. He is bad business man dnt trust him at all!!!

Don't buy any item from Terry, he is not a straightforward person. I bought a washer from him two weeks ago. He told me the washer was good and didn't have any issues. Ever since it was delivered the washer hasn't worked. I have called and visited his place of office, but no one was there. Before I got the washer he used to reply to my messages in seconds but now he replies back only once a week. He has promised two times to come fix it and once to pick it up. I should have trusted the reviews from other buyers here before doing business with him.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE !!! Dont deal with this company. I bought a Used Washer from this company. This is the description on Market Place. Whirlpool super capacity plus washing machine. This unit has a ton of settings and runs perfect. I picked it up and drove home . I connected the unit and it sounded TERRIBLE!! Tried to contact The owner to get the washer returned. Terry Bilder kept blaming his son. I picked up the washer at their place of business 1220 E Michigan Street . Sunday afternoon and have been getting the run around . Its now Thursday and his son was supposed to pick up the washer at 4:00 pm and never showed or called. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE !!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE INCLUDING TERRY. I left my cell number on Market Place with his son.I never talked to his son he would only use Messenger to relpy and never did what he said he would do to make this right. Here is a copies of the receipt and date!!
