        Update!! I called and talked to someone, and they informed me that, even though my 25-year-old autistic, son will never drive, and I can prove this with medical documentation, they still put him on our policy, which caused our rates to be higher. That is not OK! What person in their right mind would let an autistic person get a license, let alone drive a car ?! My husband and I got vehicle, and we had to get full coverage insurance, so I was told that they had really good rates, so I had my husband call and take care of things, and when he told me that we had to pay $181 a month for full coverage insurance on a 2020 Kia soul, when my husband and I are 45 and 47 years old, we were astounded! we cannot afford that! Were gonna look for someone else to get insurance that is more affordable. Also, they need to pay their employees more money, because they all look very unhappy to be there .

        Can't make changes to your policy online. Difficult to reach anyone on the phone. No local adjusters. And will do whatever it takes to not pay you for your vehicle in an accident even with full coverage. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
