Well he was who i ended up choosing for my home inspector because of the horrible real estate agent because he is amazing and a bunch of people in her firm use him. He missed so much. Within 1 month of closing on the house i had to replace all of the plumbing and redo all the electrical. Ended up asking the real estate agent and she apparently was told by him that no inspector checks plumbing or electrical. Also i had to do redo floor joints because of termites even though being told there wasnt any in the house. I feel like i was scammed big time by both him and his "close friend". Word of advice spend the extra 200 and get a good inspector.

Really enjoyed our experience with Greg, would recommend him to friends and use again if we were to ever buy a home again.

It was a great pleasure working with Greg. He was very easy to work with and can also count on him to get the inspection done. Even through a snow storm and hazardous road situations, he was still able to get the inspection done at the scheduled appointment. He provided a detailed report of what was observed during his inspection of the property. I look forward to working with Greg again on my next purchase in Evansville.
