Great place, friendly owners!! I love to always support my brother in weightlifting competition. He is 5 time world champion!!! I am so proud of him. 12-10-22 Went again to support my brother in weightlifting competition. He did very well, but not good as he had hoped. I am still so proud of him and I know he will get them next time. Everyone still nice and great place to go. Owners are always friendly. Check them out for yourself. Went 4-6-24 for my brother he had weightlifting competition. He did very well. I am so proud of him. Normally, I don't mind being at a competition, but my God!!! Do you have to take so many breaks or breaks at all. I mean, sure, to set up between squat bench, etc. It doesn't take 30 minutes for anyone to eat sandwiches chips drink or whatever. We were there like we were at work, but the only thing is I wasn't getting paid. I was going to buy a T-shirt but didn't because of the fact how long we were there. People left. The true sign for Mike should be that the lifters left when they were done because of how long it lasted. They were like the heck with waiting around for a metal!!

Came here for an ADFPF National Single Event Power lifting meet. The staff were kind and very helpful. Their lifting team was supportive to all athletes and showed tremendous strength of their own. So glad I came here.

Very kind place they make people that aren't feel good about themselves just for showing up and never quitting rare disease is hard people fight for everything beautiful kids trees wife 31 years come to our home u will be welcomed I had a mis hap apparently a lady almost ran me down in the parking lot at the Dr's office yelled at me for being slow and disabled for several minutes with my wife as a witness she had me charged with intimidation over a month later I'm traumatic brain ingery and rare disease survivor thank you to the owners for being kind I'm sorry I just came trough I didn't know rare disease sux

Great equipment. Good place for a good workout. Now with grab and go meals. Good prices on things like creatine and other supplements. Always a friendly place to be with lots of good people on staff and as members.
