      Mr. Rochford…you are well aware that we opted not to do your project due to your online harassment and behavior directed at our staff, leading up to the projected date of the install. The fact that you are still harassing and leaving derogatory comments online after months have passed since we parted ways, is further proof that we made the right decision.
