        The tale of two cities. I first ordered a meal that was not what it was supposed to be. The manager....Crystal made everything right. My greatest respects to her. She made sure I was no longer disappointed. She needs to be commended for her actions. She could have turned her head away and just did the normal thing. She asked if we wanted a drink while we were waiting.....and then brought our meal out to us with a formal apology. There is little personal customer service anymore...but she exemplified just that. Total customer service. This is why we will be back.

        order wasn't right order 2 extra wings didn't get them. biscuits was hard as a brick cole slaw was not good breast was so dry chicken had a flowery taste.
