Romain's staff was approachable, friendly, & helpful from the moment we walked on the lot to the moment we bought our car several weeks later.

We bought a new Cadillac Escalade and we couldnt be happier. A special thanks to Dustin, Mark and Dennis. Best car buying experience ever!

Unlike in the past, this experience was very disappointing in terms of the Romain Service Department including the manager, Amy, and anyone who did not who did essentially nothing other than their basic job: to fix the part we needed fixed. Thankfully, GM Cadillac came through and helped us tremendously, and we are very grateful for that. Since our warranty was just up the previous month, they offered us 90% off of the total cost; Romain offered nothing, and they never even seemed to try. In fact, while we were waiting for a firm reply from GM, we got a call (I believe from Amy) that wanted to know what we wanted them to do about our car (like it was sitting their in their way, and did we want to pay up or come and get it). When we picked it up, we briefly looked at a new Cadillac in the showroom, but with the negative experience weve had this timewe may take our business elsewhereafter doing business there for around 13 years or so. They honestly didnt even pretend to try to go out of their way to help us. They just kept saying no when I asked if they also helped like GM did and things of this nature: no explanation other than we would have to call GM, because they couldnt. I guess that meant they couldnt help or even call to get us help. The last manager was much more accommodating and more of what one expects from a Cadillac dealership: classy, kind, helpful, and professional. The dealership did do a good job fixing the car (but that is it expected from any dealership).
