        I was recently visiting the mall with my grandmother. We will never visit this specific Auntie Annes ever again!!!! not because of the food. Not because of the food, but because of one of the employees. I made sure to get a good look at her name tag. She wasnt even working the counter and still gave us dirty looks, and talked to the other staff members like garbage. Her disrespect towards them alone made us want to leave without finishing our food.

        On vacation visting from Rhode Island decided to stop here for my Dads birthday because its a favorite place of his back home! Highly dissatisfied, a young women with green hair had an attitude towards us when I asked if I could get pretzels that were not cold because the two I had ordered were given to me cold. They are too slow with their orders. 3 customers in line I waited 15 minutes for 2 pretzels and 2 drinks.
