        Repairman was supposed to call sometime before noon to make an appointment to come out. We heard nothing, no phone call, no visit. We called after 1:00 to find out where repairman was. We were told he had stopped by, called both numbers, and got no answer to either. UPDATE - CSR called back and said sometimes the reps forget to dial the area code. BS! THEY LIED ABOUT TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH US. Terrible customer service. I don't appreciate being lied to.

        Terrible. We used them as a factory authorized repairer for our Frigidaire refrigerator.  They treated us badly and managed to make an enemy out of the dealer in the process. The dealer out us in touch with a different factory authorized repairer and our problems were solved. We are a rental company in the Evansville area and do not recommend this vendor.
