Brandon and his staff will do everything in their power to help get your life back I'm no longer with them due to insurance reason but if your struggling call brighter side they wabt judge you like some centers that i know of and want give up on you #WEDORECOVER #getyourlifeback

I have been through multiple MAT programs, as well as, suboxone clinics, in California, Arizona, Kentucky, and now Indiana, after recently relocating to the area. I am accustomed to waiting weeks for an appointment, running into a problem with the insurance, or some prescription innacuracy. The locations are notorious for being difficult to find, and difficult to get in touch with a real person. However, with that being said, I was extremely impressed with the outcome of my appointment this afternoon. After sending an inquiry online, (at 9pm last evening) I received a call back within 15 minutes from the owner, Brandon, giving me some general information. He was kind, genuine and was able to see me as soon as the next day. Impressively, it was not only the kindness and empathy, compassion that Brandon showed me; but the nurse practioner, and intake nurse were accommodating to both me and my 1 year old daughter (MAT programs, are rarely accommodating to the patient themselves, and it is common for them to encourage parents to not bring their child!) The office is easy to find and it is easily accessible. His office was cleanly, inviting, professional and even well decorated. I felt safe, I felt confident and most important, welcomed. I was in and out within one hour, and upon leaving his office, my prescription was ready to be picked up at the pharmacy. I am also grateful for the fact that he is able to provide medications that are financially feasible. I've paid 500/ month for methadone, 200/ week for suboxone clinics. He is a fraction of that price, well worth it. THIS M.A.T FACILITY IS EXACTLY HOW IT SHOULD BE RUN. ETHICALLY, PROFESSIONALLY, EFFICIENTLY.
