we love living here! the office staff is amazing & jessica is always super helpful. weve had minimal maintenance issues, but when we do theyre on it! perfect place for a starter home as a small family or even long term.

I've been living here over a year now, let me just say, I'm very picky when it comes to a nice clean home and a good living environment. This place is it! Some of the home are a little outdated but they are neatly kept. The community is clean my neighbors are nice and respectful. The office people are amazing and so is maintenance, they are quick! Just as long as you cut your grass and keep your yard free of extreme clutter, you won't have a problem here. Thank you Highland.

The manager isnt enforcing the rules at all ahe allows street parking and partying neighbor at 3 am

We moved in a few weeks ago and our experience has been all good. The office is very friendly and helpful. The park seems quiet except for a few loud trucks which you would have in any neighborhood. It's nice to see security driving around after dark. Maintenance has been friendly and quick to respond. All good so far!
