I recently visited this location on Monday October 7, 2013 at 7:54pm I order 2 KFC Famous Bowls only to discover (while eating) a super long strand of hair melted into the cheese! I instantly felt nauseous & sick to my stomach!! I called at 8:04pm & requested to speck with a manager to notify them of the situation. I spoke with the manager Aristine regarding this & her response was “Oh? No one here has long hair” I was mortified considering I had just left the drive-thru & watched the gentleman make our food. I asked her was she sure that “no one has long hair” & she replied “yes”! I got extremely upset & told her that I just watch the gentleman with the dreadlocks fix our food so how dare her call me a lair. She said “oh yeah, well if you bring it back I will replace it” I asked what time did she close & drove back from heading home in the City. When I arrived I express my frustration & angry considering she didn't even have the decency to apologize for my inconvenience…yet again her reply was “oh, well I thought I did” I told her that I couldn't believe the terrible customer service & the level of unprofessionalism as manager. The gentleman who prepared the food was extremely sympathetic & very apologetic about the situation. Although I wasn't physically injured, just grossed I would have felt a little better had she (as the manager) apologized when I first called her. Needless to say I reached out to Aristine manager 3 days ago & have yet to receive a phone call! I would not ever recommend this location to anyone!
