        I hired you to put in a new sump pump for my home in Dyer and was very impressed with your work and employees who did a great job. Hence, I hired you to do a job for me in South Heights. Scheduling was tight and we needed a quick response as, again, timelines were tight. Things began to drag out a little so in comes Nancy. I wanted to spotlight her efforts in helping us get the scheduling done. She was outstanding in every way and did what she said she would, spot on. So.....I am, again, very pleased with your company but Nancy really stepped up and got it done. I think you should give her a raise!!!

        Needed drain rodding, new water heater, and MAJOR plumbing work done in both bathrooms. Mario & Chris were very professional & did an awesome job with everything that needed to be done. Highly recommend Reichelt for all your plumbing needs. Thrilled to have clear drains & running water again in the bathrooms.

        Have been using Reichelt Plumbing for years, so when we had an issue with water not draining properly in our basement we knew who to call. This was early on a Saturday morning and the answering service said a technician would call us when they opened. Received a call at 8:30 AM from Mike and within 45 minutes he was in our driveway. Mike our technician was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and explained in detail what he needed to do. Had to rod out our sewer line because of tree roots and problem was solved. We thought pricing was in line for the time and work that needed to be done.
