About 5 years ago Tri County Oveehead door installed our current garage door. Stuart arrived quickly and had installed quite quickly. Reasonable prices and extremely friendly. He was great at describing all the different options and was very comfortable to talk with. Earlier today then our spring coil broke and the door wouldn’t raise. I was really surprised. Called Stuart who was out within a couple of hours. He admitted it should have lasted longer and took care of it without cost. He even let my 9 year old son help him out and apparently described how the spring is installed and how it works. I know this because following the installation my wife and I received an entire dissertation on the installation and operation from our 9 year old. Without a doubt has my business for anything related to overhead doors.
