I love the atmosphere at this community. The staff truly love caring for the residents and I feel blessed to be a part of this community.

I started working here in the activities department. I wasnt trained on many of my skills I shouldve been learning. I cleaned and scrubbed the activities floor and fridge when that wasnt even in my job description, I was told to clean. I was pulled from their CNA class for absurd reasoning then terminated without knowing so! Both executives directors went to a former co worker there of mine saying I used a bad word in front of residents/staff and that was the reason I was terminated, which is so unbelievably inaccurate. I wasnt even spoken to about the so called incident.Employees were given permission to use nail clippers and such even if you didnt have your cna. Nails arent being cleaned at all or taken care of along with hair and many other rights everyone should have! If I could give a 0 star rating I would!:)

Willowdale is great. I love their homelike atmosphere and friendly staff.
