        I ordered a dozen pink roses with baby's breath & greenery for a funeral from Debbie's Designs. They were absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend this florist!

        The first picture is what was delivered to funeral home and the second picture is what I ordered off the site. PATHETIC it looks absolutely nothing like what I paid for. Will Never use again. I spent 90$ for flowers that look like a low class arrangement!

        I received the absolute most jaw dropping flowers for Valentines Day from my husband and he got them from this Amazing shop! They have to be the most beautiful arrangement Ive ever seen! Debbie went above and beyond with this and you will not be disappointed using her arrangements! 10/10 Definitely Recommend!!

        I have used this flower shop for a bunch of different orders. I have purchased flowers, and I got lanterns, got pictures done. Every time the ppl are so nice and my orders are amazing I would give this place a 10/10.

        I have to say Im extremely disappointed with the way the funeral arrangement flowers turned out yesterday. I didnt take a pic of the flowers I sent because it was at a service. But ur wasnt like pictured. The picture was full & beautiful with a satin ribbon and had greenery in the back to fill out the whole wreath. The flowers we received looked nothing as that. Thin see through ribbon badly bunched at the bottom of the flowers . The wreath had multiple spots not filled through it. It was beautiful flowers which is not the problem but the actual filling was nothing to be desired. I would have paid more if I needed to, I know some places have options kinda full, more full and so on. I would have totally paid more to make it actually look like the picture. I paid $251 so I guess I just expected it be like the picture. I understand its not possible to be 100% but it kinda reminded me of a door wreath. I was kind of embarrassed. Again Im not trying to be rude just expect for more honesty. Maybe actually post your work instead of someone elses so people know what to expect & can order what they actually wanted

      This order was sent to us by the sympathy store (a 3rd party). When we receive a order we check to see if we have product before we accept the order. Order came to us as do as close as possible. So we followed the recipe 6 pink tulips, 3 spray roses, mini carnations we used standard size, wax flower greens in a vase. Yes I will say it does not look exactly like the photo. Unfortunately the advertising photo has photo shopped the flowers in a vase. We do not carry this on our website for this reason. I did contact the sending shop they confirmed it was ordered subs ok'd & they said Maryann also approved designers choice if needed. Had it said no subs we would have contacted sending shop to say we did not have the exact shade of pink. The price stated also did include the delivery charge & angel of photo different from professional advertising shot. Sympathy Store called me back to say they had refunded her partial payment just as a courtesy. The confirmed that we had filled as per their order and they were sorry about this review. We are sorry Maryann was unhappy.

      Very sorry that Danielle was unhappy with the wreath we delivered. All Teleflora pieces are made with a recipe stating what flowers and product to be used. I don't understand why if you are not happy with something, you don't call the store it came from. We stand behind our work and would rather work with you directly instead on social media. The ribbon used was #9 same size sheer with satin edge and was put at the bottom of wreath as photo had it. We used a 18 in. wreath as in recipe. We used all the same flowers we can not control how open ever bloom is. Part of the price paid is delivery and sales tax. Again very sorry that you are not happy but I wish this world could go back to talking to each other I feel better results come from that. Everyone please have nice day!
