Advanced Dental Concepts

Today was my 1st time seeing Jamie the hygienist and Dr Christine. My previous dentist of over 30yrs retired so I needed someone new. I loved the awesome customer service and great patient care, made me feel welcomed from the time I stepped through the front door. Highly recommended! Will be back in 6 months!

Today we brought out 7 year old in for her first filling. We were told by a different dental professional that children often do better without there parents present. We sent her back and had opted for nitrous but my husband had his temp taken incase a parent was needed. Fast forward 20 mins and we hear her screaming in the back of the building. I went to the front desk and told them I needed to go back. They took me back and she did not have nitrous and the dentist was no where to be seen only assistants placing a filling. They then informed me that she didn't like the nitrous bc it was pulling her hair and that she wouldn't let them use the lidocaine bc of the needle so they were doing her filling without it which they never recieved parent permission for.. At no point did the doctor or anyone come to talk to us to see if having a parent would be helpful After speaking to the dentist on the phone bc we were so upset she admitted that the situation was not handled correctly.Then we had another dentist call for records bc we would not be back.. The manager monica told the person calling (who happens to be a family member of mine) that they asked my husband to come back 3 times. Which is untrue and unprofessional. To top it off they planned on charging us for the nitrous which was not used. Be careful bringing a child here we came in with a confident kid ready to see the dentist and she left traumatized.

I saw Dr. Christine today and WOW! She took so much time, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and was able to help me with the dental issue I was having. The staff was awesome. So happy I came here!

This has been the dentist my family and I have ever been to. They are quick to get you in for an emergency, gentle and always make sure you are not in pain! The dentists, hygienists, assistants and office personnel are all so friendly! My whole family uses them! Now my parents are even making appointments with them!

All the staff in the office were very friendly and professional including the dentist. They took their time and performed a thorough cleaning. Everyone was very knowledgeable with all the questions I asked. Highly recommended.
