        I didn't like the service at all, I came to have a doctor check my 3-year-old daughter, and what I received was a video call from a doctor who was in another Latin American country. They should say before entering the consultation that they attend by video call and not in person.

      Mrs. Linda, it is unfortunate that you feel this way and that you are confused. Our staff treated her with all professionalism and the specialist doctor who treated her via telemedicine on a Saturday was not in Latin America but in Indianapolis. The medical decisions and treatments that the doctor indicated were based on clinical guidelines. It is the primary interest of our staff that your daughter recovers quickly and completely.
