After 3 weeks of waiting I have finally been told that this is a family run business, they have experienced a family issue and have been out of pocket for quite sometime. As a customer I was never notified of this and have been waiting several weeks for my property appraisel. I am closing my fathers estate which is a family issue as well and I have not stopped working or communicating with my customers as I have dealt with these issues.
When I asked why this was not communicated to me earlier I was told to find a new appraisor and not to tell her how to run her business.
laughable response to say the least. I would not use this company if they were the last in Central Indiana.
