Paul fixed a giant hole in our couch cushion after our dog decided to have it for lunch. I didn't think it could be fixed. He fixed it, matched the leather and the grain perfectly and you can't tell whatsoever that there was any damage. His prices are the best around and he worked quickly and communicated personally. 5 stars. Thank you Paul.

Paul at Fibrenew reupholstered my wife's grandfather's antique club chair. He provided expert consultation on the process including selecting appropriate leather hides. He completed the process in a timely manner and our new chair looks gorgeous. Highly recommended!!!

Called and called and called no answer. Left a description of my problem on their website three days ago. No reply. To me a business should at least acknowledge that they’ve seen the issue you have and reach out to you. Nothing. So I gave a company called Leather tech a call and they responded immediately! Not have me wait three days for a response and still to this day I’ve heard nothing. So Thanks for not helping me with my issue after several referrals to you guys. I won’t be referring anyone to Fibrenew. Instead go to Leather Tech. You won’t be disappointed and they do a great job.

I worked with Paul today and was completely amazed at how knowledgeable he was! Turns out my couch - even though it was advertised as leather - was bonded leather, which in most cases is not reparable. He helped coach my fiancee and I on the things to look for when buying leather furniture and what to avoid. We are very grateful to have met him and look forward to continuing business with Fibrenew!

We bought a new leather couch about a month ago and our cat accidentally scratched up the main center cushion. I asked around for a referral and researched the web and all lines led to Fibrenew. I submitted a claim on line and received a response the next morning. So glad we did! Jeff did AMAZING work, left our couch looking like new, and treated my wife with absolute respect and professionalism. Since my wife said we have to keep the cat, looks like we will be calling on Fibrenew again in the future. Please, if you have a leather repair need, contact these guys. You will be very glad you did!
