Sales approach is poor. Called and requested a quote on there systems, arrived somewhat on time, he gave one option and one price. Went outside expecting a decision within 10 min, explained we would get back with them. Sales rep left no info on the system, there company, the price, not even a business card. Not who Im going to be writing a check for $2,000 to. Went with another company for water softening.
