They are amazing, I have special dietary needs and they always check with me before the performance to make sure I have what I need. Only thing that could be improved is the chairs, not as comfortable as the old ones.

Went to Derby Dinner Playhouse on March 8 ,2024 mine and my husband 35th anniversary. We sat at 95 a & b with 4 other people. The couple next to us were a younger couple. The man ordered a bucket of 6 beers to get started and gave one to his beers to his wife/girlfriend then he drank the other 5 and she ordered her two mixed drinks after she drink the beer. Then he ordered another 6 more beers but in the meantime they both talked thru the entire show and he spelled his beer all over the table spilling into our area of food and they traded seats. And had to go to the bathroom several times since they were both drinking alcohol and since we were at the end of the table we had to get up every time Me and my husband could not hear the show due to their rudeness of being loud and talking thru the entire show. We went to Derby Dinner Playhouse for our 35th anniversary expecting a great time like we have several times in the past but instead we left early due to another couple's rudeness and drinking too much alcohol. My husband and I did walk out to the box office so we could let someone know and there was no one there, we didn't tell our server because with the man drinking, we felt if we did talk to the server, and they found out there would be conflict and we didn't want this. and we were told when we purchased our tickets that the play was sold out and the only reason, we got our tickets is because a couple had an emergency and had to cancel so we knew there was no other table we could set at, so we chose to leave early so on Monday I got on the DD Playhouse website and wrote a review telling them of our experience and hoping they would give us another night to make up for our anniversary night being runt by this couple at the show, however the owner Cindy Knopp would not do anything she felt since we didn't tell our server or go to the lounge and talk to a manager(which I didn't know the manager was in the lounge) and I didn't want conflict with the couple so we didn't say anything to our server, since we were told they were sold out we felt the best option we had was to leave and contact the owner later but according to her since we didn't tell anyone she says there nothing she can do! We have been going to this establishment for years we have celebrated our 25 th anniversary there and many others and for her to disregard our special night as if it was nothing is really upsetting to both me and my husband!!! So, Cindy Knoop you are not the person I thought you were!!! I thought you cared about your customers.!!!
