        Jonathan, the manager here is excellent. He went above what's expected to make sure I had a great experience. I highly recommend this branch. They are very professional, proficient at what they do and super nice! Back Story- I am leaving Verizon because I do not have coverage at my house and they were STILL this excellent today. I was not a sale for them yet they delivered exceptional customer service! Thank you Jonathan for making my experience so pleasant!!! Another guy helped me as well and I apologize I do not remember your name but you were amazing too!

        The selection is very poor. Ask for a durable phone and you get a phone with the most fragile glass back panel ever. Everyone please take note that the latest Samsung Galaxy ultra is not durable. I dropped mine once while it was inside the case and the back of my phone is destroyed. Truly truly pathetic. It seems I was duped into buying the phone that wouldn't sell 😐
