        Unacceptable barriers to communication even in times of crisis. No way to get a super urgent message to your doctor quick enough. Everything takes at minimum 24 hours. Really potentially harmful to patients. Only reason im giving two stars is because of Dr Miller who is lovely. Dr Bigelow is an absolute nightmare: READ THE REVIEWS on medical watchdog sites before you see her.

        I have always had great experiences with staff members at all levels - scheduling, billing, providers. They are extremely responsive to all my needs, especially using the patient portal for medication refills, prescriptions, etc. I can't say enough great things about their practice!

        Dr. Daniel Shepler is so passionate about his work. He is sincere, compassionate, and such an amazing psychiatrist! I am delighted and deeply grateful to finally achieve getting my anxiety and depression fully under control with his expertise. He is such a nice man and I would recommend him to anyone searching for real help with mental health. He validated my feelings and made me realize that in fact I was not crazy.
